How does it work?

Halo uses a Linear Resonant Actuator (LRA), a precision haptic motor engineered specifically for waking. When your alarm triggers, the LRA generates localized vibration that travels through your radial nerve pathway, the same nerve used in medical alert devices.
The key is isolation. Haptic energy is contained to your wrist through direct skin contact and the band's continuous silicone construction. Setting up Halo:
Press the side button to access the menu. Navigate to alarm settings and set your desired wake time using the plus and minus buttons. Choose from five vibration intensity levels, starting with medium and adjusting based on how deeply you sleep. You can program up to eight separate alarms for different days or multiple wake times.
Daily use:
